What happens after you order?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation and payment details via email. After receiving payment, we will definitively process the order.
How quickly will I receive my order?
Wallpaper: +/- 1.5 week
Vinyl carpet: 14 days
High Pile Carpet: 7 weeks
Art: by mutual agreement
What are the shipping costs in the Netherlands?
Shipping costs for the wallpaper are comform PostNL rates. For the carpets a higher rate applies. The shipping costs to other countries differ per country and will be shown during checkout.
Can I track my order?
The moment your order is shipped you will receive an email with a track & trace code. You can monitor your shipping procedure yourself.
Are you not satisfied with the product? Is it damaged? We find that very annoying. Our return policy depends on the situation and we kindly ask you to always first send us an email with an explanation of the situation, provided with photos if necessary.
Can I always return everything?
The wallpaper and floors are produced on demand by our suppliers. For this reason, we cannot accept returns in case of dissatisfaction, or incorrect measurements, see terms and conditions. To dispel any doubts, we also recommend ordering a sample or visiting our showroom to view the product. However, every situation is unique and we always look for a suitable solution in close consultation with the customer.
