What happens after you order?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation and payment details via email. After receiving payment, we will definitively process the order.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Wallpaper: +/- 1.5 week
Vinyl carpet: 14 days
Art: by mutual agreement

What are the shipping costs in the Netherlands?
All orders via Designers Walls will be delivered free of charge in the Netherlands with PostNL. Shipping costs to foreign countries differ per country and are shown at the checkout.

Can I also pick up my order in Almere?
Yes, you can also pick up your order in our showroom in Almere. Your order will then be delivered to our showroom within the regular delivery time. The address is: De Steiger 77, 1351 AE Almere, The Netherlands.

Can I track my order?
The moment your order is shipped you will receive an email with a track & trace code. You can monitor your shipping procedure yourself.

Are you not satisfied with the product? Is it damaged? We find that very annoying. Our return policy depends on the situation and we kindly ask you to always first send us an email with an explanation of the situation, provided with photos if necessary.

Can I always return everything?
The wallpaper and floors are personally customized for you by our suppliers. For this reason we cannot accept returns in the event of dissatisfaction, see terms and conditions. To dispel any doubts, we also recommend ordering a sample or visiting our showroom to view the product. However, every situation is unique and we always look for a suitable solution in close consultation with the customer.

Returns will be accepted if there is a defective or damaged delivery of products. The product must be returned in its original packaging within 14 days of ordering.
